Delivery charge 60 taka inside Dhaka city.
Delivery charge 120 taka outside Dhaka city.
2. How long will delivery take?
It will take 1-3 working days to deliver a product inside Dhaka city and 3-5 days for outside of Dhaka city.
3. What exactly happens after ordering?
You will get a confirmation message after successfully placing an order. Our sales person will call you to confirm delivery.
4. Where can I view my sales receipt?
In order to view the receipt you have to provide your email address at the checkout page.
5. How do I place an order?
- Choose your desired product from our shop.
- Select size.
- Click "Buy Now" if you want to buy one product. Click "Add to Cart" If you want to buy more than one product.
- Clicking the "Buy Now" button will redirect you directly to the payment page.
- Clicking "Add to Cart" will add your product to the shopping cart. You can add more products to the cart and view your cart from the top right corner of the website.
- You can view your order list from the cart page and proceedto checkout page.
- At the checkout page you must provide your name, detailed address and phone number to confirm the order. Email is optional.

How do I place an order using the "Cash on Delivery" system?
Cash on Delivery or COD in short will let you pay for your order at your doorstep. But you have to pay a delivery charge before you place an COD order. And you will pay the rest after you receive the product.
It's very simple. For example, Your desired product is 1250 BDT. Delivery charge is 60 BDT for inside dhaka. So, you have to pay 1310 total. If you choose COD you just need to pay 60 BDT for the delivery charge. And we will send a delivery person at your address. You pay the rest 1250 BDT after delivery.
How to pay using bKash?
- Select bKash from the checkout page.
- You can see our bKash merchant number.
- Open the bKash app from your mobile or use the bKash menu to select the payment option.
- Type our bKash merchant number and amount you want to pay.
- You will get a transaction number after successful payment.
- Write your bKash number and transaction number at the checkout page.
- Click place order.

- Select Nagad from the checkout page.
- You can see our Nagad merchant number.

Return Policy
Return on spot
If there is an issue with your order or you did not get the desired product, you can return the product to the delivery personnel on spot without any cancellation or return fee.
We pledge to make sure you're happy with any products you purchase from qWalk. Your order will be delivered based on product supply. In the presence of the delivery personnel, you should inspect and accept your item. Please give the delivery personeln your merchandise back right away if it is faulty, inaccurate, or has any size or price discrepancies when it is delivered.
